central gem for exploring nightlife and parks
I truly loved how centrally I could explore this vibrant city, with easy access to Parque Iberoamerica, just over 2 km away, and many nearby dining options, including Mitre Restaurant less than a 5-minute walk from my room. overall, it was a delightful stay with friendly staff that made check-in a breeze.

The rooftop pool offers a nice escape with great views, a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the area. Additionally, the location is prime for accessing nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the best of the city.
The air conditioning system is overly aggressive and won't adjust, making rooms uncomfortably chilly at times. Shower design leaves much to be desired as water tends to spray everywhere, while lacking a microwave in the room can be inconvenient for some. Insufficient parking is a serious downside, with a small elevator that's often locked down, forcing you to carry luggage up a flight of stairs, which can be quite a hassle. Lastly, dining options within the hotel are overpriced compared to local eateries, which might deter individuals looking for budget-friendly meal options.

the comfort of the bed. We felt right at home during our stay. However, there were some issues with the Wi-Fi connection that made it difficult to work some days.

Had a great time with friends! Loved the rooftop pool and the free Wi-Fi. The live music at the bar on Wednesdays added a nice vibe. Perfect place for gatherings, with versatile venues. Just a heads up, don’t expect fancy dining options. they can be pricey. Otherwise, it’s a solid choice for a fun trip!
One downer was the overpriced dining options. We found the restaurant prices to be a bit steep for what we got.

We had an enjoyable stay with our daughter thanks to the top-notch amenities like the rooftop pool and free Wi-Fi. The location was great, with plenty to do right outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and always there when we needed assistance.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options available.

Absolutely loved the gluten-free options and the incredible nearby restaurants like Mitre and Vito's Trattoria, which made every meal an adventure! The rooftop pool was another highlight giving us that chill vacation vibe we craved.
A bit of a rough patch with lounge access. getting charged for juices that should’ve been included was a drag.

The service staff here made everything enjoyable. Alejandra and Shaquill really stood out, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. Breakfast every morning became a highlight, thanks to the attentive team, especially Freddy and Gabriela. The rooftop pool was a nice spot to unwind, but it doesn’t get much sun after 2 PM, which was a letdown. I had a suite, but facing the busy Abraham Lincoln Boulevard proved noisy at night. The air conditioning worked too well. I couldn't adjust it to a comfortable level. The price of food at the hotel left much to be desired. Eating out nearby was a better option. No microwaves in the room made late-night snacks difficult. Despite these issues, I loved the friendly atmosphere and the great location close to local spots. Just a few tweaks could make this place great!
